We would like to welcome the newest member of Crouch Team Realty, Lee Eason! Lee comes to us with over 25 years of real estate experience in Georgia. She transferred her license to Alabama in January and we are so happy that she decided to join our team here in Wedowee! We know that Lee will be a great asset to our team!
The Randolph County Annual Volunteer Fire Department Appreciation Banquet was held last weekend in the fellowship hall at Midway Methodist Church and was hosted by Auslin Chapel VFD. There were approximately 250 people in attendance and they were treated with a distinguished speaker, former COO of FEMA, Ken Burris. We can not thank those enough in our county who so graciously and selflessly volunteer their time when we need them most! Please be sure to thank and support your local VFD!

With the lake level currently two feet above the winter lake level, keep in mind that in April it will begin rising to full summer pool (by May 1)! If you have any last minute repairs or work on your dock or shoreline, keep it in mind. You can monitor the lake level at the Alabama Power website at https://apcshorelines.com/our-lakes/harris/.
Please remember us if you are looking for a home on Lake Wedowee or if you are selling a home in our area! We would love to work for you and really appreciate the opportunity to help! We know the lake and we show by boat! —Gene
